Also included in this latest image release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
